Hello everyone! I'm so excited to be a part of the Kiwi Lane Blog Hop this month. There are so many talented designers bringing you inspiration today. And to celebrate, I have a fun giveaway for you! Read on to find out how to enter...
But that's not all -- Kiwi Lane also has a prize up for grabs for one random winner. You can enter by leaving a comment at every blog in the blog hop (including the Kiwi Lane blog). One random winner will win a $25 gift certificate to the Kiwi Lane shop! The winner will be announced on the Kiwi Lane blog on Thursday, Feb. 13.
Here's the whole list of participating blogs...
- Kiwi Lane
- Charissa Miller
- Claire Spielman
- Lissa Mitchell *** You are here! ***
- Kristy MacKeen
- Gail Owens
- Arin Flynn
- Holly Gagnon
- Jennifer Blomquist
- Christine Meyer
I love how this turned out! I used the Kate & Co. collection from My Mind's Eye plus these Kiwi Lane templates:
- Sweetheart 2T
- Paradise 3, 6
- Strips 1", 1/2"
- Paisley Place 2A, 2B
Then, I used the scallop shell (Paradise 3) to create that fun yellow border strip...I just traced the shell multiple times to create a unique scallop border with lots of impact.
Then, it was just a matter of tracing, cutting, inking, and layering. The layout came together super quick to show off this photo of my boys that I love...
I love this huge gorgeous flower -- that Paradise 6 template is just beautiful when layered up. I can see using this for home decor projects too. It's a great size...
I love that scalloped border! So pretty...
